What dejikami provides

dejikami can help an owner digitize a source form, let a filler view translated explanations, collect answers, and produce a source-faithful PDF or official-route handoff. Features, limits, supported languages, retention periods, and notification channels may vary by plan and configuration.

dejikami does not submit a form to a government office, verify identity, decide eligibility, provide legal or immigration advice, or guarantee that any authority will accept a generated document.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and use only documents and data you are authorized to upload.
• Review extracted fields, translations, signatures, source version, deadlines, required attachments, and the final PDF before submission.
• Confirm the current requirements and accepted submission route with the issuing authority.
• Protect owner credentials, draft codes, retrieval PINs, invitation links, and devices used to access sensitive data.
• Do not use dejikami to upload malware, impersonate another person, evade an authority requirement, or process data unlawfully.

Source forms and generated output

Owners are responsible for having permission to digitize and share a source form, for keeping authority/version metadata accurate, and for taking down outdated or unauthorized templates. A generated PDF is an assisted draft/output, not an official original or approval. When a monitored source changes, dejikami may make the shared form private and require a fresh review.

Accounts and organizations

Owners must provide a usable sign-in account and keep it secure. Organization owners and administrators are responsible for invitations, roles, member removal, and ensuring that reviewers have an appropriate need to access form operations. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, non-payment, or violation of these terms.

Plans and billing

Free and paid limits are shown in the product. Paid subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and taxes are handled according to the configured payment provider's checkout and customer-portal terms. A plan change does not change the retention rules for already-created submissions.

Availability and liability

The service may change, be interrupted, or contain extraction, translation, rendering, network, or provider errors. Keep the official source and a safe copy of any information you need. To the extent permitted by law, dejikami is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, translation accuracy, form completeness, or authority acceptance. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
